MUZA
Having studied Composition and Popular Musical Arrangement in Modern School of Music (Escuela Moderna de Musica), the composer Sol Aravena is part of the new age Equs band, with which she became the trip hop and dream pop precursor in Chile.
In 1998, she edited “Dream Electronico”, a quite different proposal within the Chilean market in which she mixed acoustic and environmental sounds together with electric basses. An experimental but intimate sound that matured in “Cambio de Estacion” (2005), a ten-song disc which was awarded Best Electronic Album in the Independent music Awards in the U.S.
Her next work called “Terciopelo” (2007) meant a huge turn on her career. It is a bolero disc based on electronic clefs which includes both classics and her original creations together with other compositions from other Chilean composers. Her version for the song “Besame Mucho”, originally from Consuelo Velasquez, won the award for Best Cover in the 8th version of the Independent Music Awards.
Infanta Terrible re-edited her first two Cd’s in 2009 and in August Sol Aravena went to the U.S. to promote her music. The result was quite stunning: she was the supporting singer to Suzanne Vega twice in Taos and Albuquerque and then she decided to settle down in that country.

JAVIER BARRÍA
Thirteen home-made albums and distributed by means of online platforms took this Chilean singer to become an icon of self-management among Chilean composers. His recordings have been reinforced by his live performances in cities such as Santiago, Concepcion and Valparaiso, apart from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In 2002, he brings out “Nada de Todo”. However, since 2003, he started to compose two discs per year among them we can find “Bonsai” y “Canciones de Madera in 2003; “Café” y “Pedacitos” in 2004; “Limpio” y “Desayuno Eléctrico” in 2005; “Piola” and “El Ciclista” in 2006. Finally, in 2007, he composed his best well-known work called “Ciudadano B”, followed by the EP “Abandonos” in 2008.
His music is a mixture of acoustic songs, electronic resources and the classical formation of rock bands, an influence that goes from the Chilean band Los Tres, Argentinean rock stars such as Charly García and Luis Alberto Spinetta to the American song by Neil Young and Jeff Buckley.
Having this fruitful career as background, the songwriter starts composing his first album supported by a record label, called “Introducción a la Geometría” (2009). This work was realized in the recording studio Santuario Sónico hand in hand with the executive assessment provided by Infanta Terrible Producciones. This helped Javier Barría to be positively criticized by the specialized media, setting a new start to his career.

ANTONIO RESTUCCI
The Spanish guitar and the mandolin have turned Antonio Restucci into the most influential multi-instrumentalist singer of Latin-American fusion. He has worked with very important representatives of Chilean popular music such as Los Jaivas, Joe Vasconcellos, Los Tres, Francesca Ancarola, Angel Parra y Claudia Acuña.
Among his recordings are “Hilando Fino” (1992), “Plaza de Ángel” (1995), “Vetas” (1996), “Cenizas en el Mar” (1999), “Bosque Nativo” (2000), “Crisol” (2005) and “Ancestros” (2008). These works have turned him into a very appealing musician by means of his emphasis on the instrumentality and composition, becoming a model for string and fusion musicians.
Apart from his work as a composer, between 1976 and 1986 he became a luthier: he changed second-hand musical instruments such as small five-stringed guitar, psaltery and mandolin and became the most important exponent on the use of the mandolin. Indeed, he performed in Spain with important musicians such as “El Cigala”, “El Bola”, Jorge Pardo and the dancer Antonio Canales.
Throughout his career, he has been awarded with many prizes such as Best Guitarist of the Decade in 1998 by “Sociedad de Derecho de Autor” and the Best Alternative Jazz, awarded to “Veta” which was distributed by Infanta Terrible.
